Calais View led last start and would not be surprised to see her take it up again today. A very strong tempo is likely here with the likes of Latitude, Calais View and Alluring Miss showing the way. LATITUDE is a most consistent mare from the Hawkes camp who is well and truly overdue. Resumed from an 18 week spell last start and led everywhere bar the post over 1000m at Bendigo. Only raced at Gosford last prep where she registered placings at all three runs over 1000-1200m. Drawn perfectly and with added fitness today might hold too many aces. LADY AMANDA worked home stylishly last start to finish runner up over 1125m at Geelong at her first run in three months. Went close second up last prep over this journey so looks a genuine threat. Another chance first up from a break is RAMENSKY. Placed first up last campaign then disappointed at two subsequent runs. Looks an early comer with definite claims. IN A PANIC improved last start and has to be considered. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lattitude straight out.
