KING GEORGE has the pace to cross the field and find the lead and could be hard to catch. He was good on debut when he led and fought on well for a 1.8L second at this course and distance. Better for the experience so is capable of progression. KING GEORGE can lead and just found one better doing that on debut. That reads well for this. LONDOSTAR has placed 4/8 and resumes off a solid trial. He can use the 2 gate and the in-form Kah goes on. CAPTAIN MIRAGE was beaten just 1.4L at Gawler making sharp improvement. Sits handy and has to go in off that. DIVERSIO is a former VIC galloper back after 192 days for the new yard and has been gelded. Gets the 3kg claim and must be kept safe.
SUGGESTED PLAY: King George to win off a promising debut.
