Speed anticipated from Arcadian, Royal Enigma, Pumatilly, Quick Beers and Stylish Lily. Plenty of speed on show here with Royal Enigma, Pumatilly and Stylish Lily all pressing hard early. Genuine mare RUBY EYES will get a drop on the leaders from her perfect gate and looms as the one they have to beat. Missed the start in a BM64 over 1100m at Warrnambool last start then raced wide before driving late and just missing a place. Usually reliable out of the gates so expect her to be more forward today. Has good form at this trip and is back in grade. SCATTER BLAST hasn't been that far away in four starts this prep and looks sure to feature again. Made good ground in the run home to grab second over this trip at Swan Hill two runs back. Pulled up with respiratory issues last time out in a forgivable effort. Very fit now and carries weight well. REVANCHE won a similar race to this first up at Murtoa then blundered at the start when last of four at Avoca last time. Has strong claims on her best form. The consistent Royal Enigma is hard to leave out of the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Looking to play both Ruby Eyes and Arcadian.
