O'Guy handy. LOVE AFFAIR made a highly encouraging debut when winning over 1200m at Te Aroha 16 days ago. The filly settled back and rounded them up clinically. Will have taken valuable race experience and fitness from the run. Can go on with things here. EVERBRAVE was also a debut winner, saluting over 1300m at Hastings. Is yet to put a foot wrong through his short career to date. Reasonable 3yo event with a couple of upside galore types and a resuming filly that has real scope. The pace looks solid so tactics may go out the window. The impressive winners on debut in LOVE AFFAIR and EVERBRAVE look a ready made quinella as both have a decent future. The former had closing strength power of filly with a lot more wins in store plus the runner up that day has since scored. The latter showed a good strong sustained surge and has more to come. The runner up from his race has won since too. TOP PROSPECT was found out left-handed resuming. Better drawn today so give another chance. The only three-win runner in the field. Barcelo has won two races and can use a good draw properly. Dual placings at Listed level. Save The Date looks a filly with scope fresh up. In her maiden win she beat easily a since G2 placed 3yo. SUGGESTED PLAY: Win bet Love Affair off that strong debut win.
