Te Rangi looks the leader of this one while Taiyoshin is also expected to be prominent. TAIYOSHIN has placed in two of his past three starts, both at the Sunshine Coast. This looks easier to what he has been up against. 3kg off his back courtesy of Adam Sewell is another positive. AMBER LIGHTS was running on well last start at Gatton where he finished second. Arguably unlucky not to have won there, today could be his day with even luck. Not seeing a great deal of speed here. TAIYOSHIN usually runs best when finding the front. His form has been solid when in this company. He's at the right distance today as well which helps. LATE PAYMENT raced in better company last prep and so can lift his first up record here. He'll have nothing on his back when resuming. AMBER LIGHTS got home very nicely last time as he tends to do. He just needs to be close enough in running. SIENNA SON resumes off running in harder Saturday races. Hope he doesn't get cluttered away on the fence from this draw.
