Expect them to hum along at a solid clip here over the dash distance on offer with Call The Coppers, The Blues Brother and Ottawa all keen to run early. Banking on the Hawkes team having improved COLLEGIATE enough over the break to see a very competitive outing here. Back to provincial grade looks ideal and two recent trials have been improving efforts. Betting should tell the tale about him. Call The Coppers is a jump and run type placed in both starts to date for the Sargent stable. Has had one quiet trial leading into this and fresh off a spell should make a good fist of the catch me if you can tactics shown last time in. OTTAWA resumes after a close up run on debut at this track back in May but never looked likely to win. Placed in a recent trial and expect to see a much better showing this time in. Improver in this field. Jemadar is a recent trial winner on debut who should be well educated. Worth keeping safe. Provincial maiden without surprising for the astute Freedman yard. JEMARDAR also has admirers off a recent city trial win for Godolphin. SUGGESTED PLAY: Call The Coppers with race experience.
