Big field and should be plenty of pace on. EASY BEAST has speed and a wide draw so expecting to see him up and among the handy runners early. Didn't win in his debut prep but was well supported in all three runs against better company. Run first up behind Al Passem makes for really strong reading against these. Easy Beast might have the speed to cross from the wide gate, Keep To The River can be up there, Moonlight's Reward, Run Pam Run and Crystal Wings all have some pace too. EASY BEAST has easily the best form credentials going into this race and resumes after a close second at Caulfield in May. With a bit of luck early he's the one to beat. EL MAGNIFICENCE is also resuming and has shown ability in trials and a solid fourth on debut. One to keep in mind. RIEL REWARD hasn't done a lot wrong this time in with successive third placings. At peak now and one of the major chances. The Counsellor is a first starter who hasn't trialled so keep him safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Easy Beast who can make the draw work for him.
