Surprise Bullet should capitalize on the good draw and take it up with She Salutes handy. SURPRISE BULLET led but was found wanting under his condition at Doomben last start. Fitter here and this looks an ideal race. KASTANOS hasn't found a placing in his three start career but should appreciate the rise in trip. SHE SALUTES races on the pace. Found a new career peak when placing at Ipswich last start and can figure with a similar performance. Very little pace on offer so SURPRISE BULLET can roll forward and dictate. Led last start over 1650m at Doomben and gave some cheek before being claimed late and clocking-in 3rd. Lightly raced colt who will enjoy the extra trip today and with a picnic in front can get away with this. KASTANOS did his best work late last start when 4th over the mile at the Sunshine Coast. Getting better with racing and is another who looks suited up to nine furlongs. GRANVILLE ISLAND got back to last after an awkward start but made some late inroads over 1650m recently. Looks a bit dour but a prominent finish looks probable. SHE SALUTES will race handy and is an each-way hope. SUGGESTED PLAY: Surprise Bullet to kick us off.
