Miss You Ma and Grand Teton can make the pace. EVANESCE is still a Maiden but was close up at Canterbury 3U and will be better for it. Gets the blinkers first time and Avdulla and expect the middle distance to the Godolphin galloper. Miss You Ma is a fast beginner and should lead this field at a strong gallop. EVANESCE from the Godolphin yard has been about the money this prep in maiden company. Copped an early check but found the line well to finish a close 5th over 1550m at Canterbury last start in heavy going. Has the bloodlines to run this trip and with blinkers on down on the limit weight seems ready to show her best. GRAND TETON made a successful NSW debut last start with a tough win over 1800m at Hawkesbury. Lightly raced on-pacer who will get better as the distances get longer. THE WORLD OVER for Kris Lees struggled in heavy going last start in a run worth forgiving. Placed at his three runs prior to that, including once in soft going, and will cope with the extra trip today. POWER FROM WITHIN is a place hope back up in distance today. SUGGESTED PLAY: This looks a nice race for Evanesce down at the bottom of the weights and backing to win.
